Sometimes all it takes is a little imagination and know-how. This basement, with its’ imitation brick fireplace, was functional but out-dated. With the help of faux painting, Bailiwick Design transformed the room and created a fireplace deserving of the term “focal point!” (Before & after photos shown here.) Old paneling was painted a warm yellow and built-in seating was reupholstered. The result is a warm room that remains bright and cheery even below ground.
