This
bedroom makeover consisted of a small space with too much furniture
and only one place to fit a queen-sized bed. Our concept was to
give the room a facelift with an Asian influence while incorporating
the style of the existing furniture. The new window treatment visually
enlarges the single window to appear like a headboard and echoes
the shape of the tallboy pediment. The traditional nightstands were
replaced with black wicker side tables with open fretwork making
them appear less heavy in the space. A coordinating chair and pagoda-style
mirror continued the new theme. A custom-designed radiator cover
completes the sleek new look of this dramatic bedroom haven.
