Our clients came to Bailiwick Design with a vision … to turn this drab enclosed screened porch into a “sunroom”. Faux painting led the way. After raising the ceiling to a pitch, the original, imitation brick wall was painted with ivy and the paneling removed. (See before photo, lower right.) The ceiling was transformed into a beautiful sky, complete with ivy blowing in the breeze. A warm mix of plaid and floral softened the existing sofa which the client requested keeping. This space is now a sunny retreat even on the gloomiest winter day!
